For faith communities

Every service, supper and appeal, without five different tools.

The sign-up on a form, the money on an old PayPal link, the roster in someone’s inbox. Bring Christmas Eve, the High Holy Days, Eid prayers, the kids’ program and the parish festival into one place: people reserve by service time, families sign up once, volunteers choose their shifts, and gifts go toward a goal with the tax receipt sent. For churches, synagogues, mosques and temples, beside the member software you already use.

Reservations, tickets and check-in work on every plan, with no fee on anything free. Volunteer shifts, waivers and sign-up lists need Pro; donations and memberships need Business.

What changes

Fewer forms, fewer links, fewer surprises at the door.

A seat for each service time

Each time has its own limit and waiting list, so 11 pm doesn’t overflow while 4 pm sits half empty.

A goal the whole congregation sees

Each cause shows what has been raised and a Give button, on your own page and at your events.

One sign-up for the whole family

Parents add every child in one go, with each child’s allergies and who may collect them.

Services and holy days

Know who is coming before the doors open.

Give each service its own free ticket: 4 pm, 6 pm and 11 pm on Christmas Eve, three Eid jamaats, or the High Holy Days. Each has its own limit, a family reserves together up to the number you allow, and when a time fills, people join its waiting list and a freed place is offered to the next in line by itself. Your greeters scan a code or find a name on any phone, and the list of who is expected is there if your security team asks. Members can have their own tickets by membership number, with guest tickets beside them. Free reservations pay no fee on any plan; memberships on Business.

  • Each service with its own limit
  • A waiting list that offers freed places
  • Who is expected, on any phone

Giving

A roof fund people can watch fill up.

Create a cause for each need, such as the roof, the food bank or the mission trip, with its goal, suggested amounts and a closing date if it has one. Its progress bar and Give button sit on your organizer page and on any event that collects for it. People give once or every month by card, with no second app to download, and you choose whether to take our fee from the gift or let the donor cover it. Registered charities in Canada issue numbered official receipts and those in the US written acknowledgments; each reaches the donor by email, and monthly donors get a single summary each January. Cash and cheques from the collection go in by hand, with the same receipt. On Business.

  • A goal and a Give button for each cause
  • One-time and monthly gifts
  • Tax receipts for Canada and the US

Children and youth

The kids’ program, with every child accounted for.

For Vacation Bible School, a youth retreat or weekend classes, parents register all their children in one order, with answers for each: age, allergies, medication and who may collect them. A guardian signs the waiver for a retreat or a mission trip on their own phone. Print QR wristbands; a scan shows your team that child’s details, and check-in and check-out each day show who has not been collected yet. A pay-what-you-can ticket or a private code helps a family who can’t cover the fee, without anyone having to ask in public. Naming each child, waivers and wristbands on Pro.

  • All the children in one order
  • Waivers signed by a guardian
  • Who has not been collected yet

Volunteers and festivals

The fish fry, the bazaar and the people who make them happen.

Open shifts for greeters, the nursery or the serving line, each with the number of people you need, and let volunteers choose what they can keep. A scan logs who actually came, and an empty shift shows up days ahead. Sell dinner tickets online, take cash at the door on the same total, and give each ticket a food voucher redeemed at its own stall. Sign-up lists settle who brings what to the potluck. A week of shifts is set up day by day for now. Shifts, vouchers and sign-up lists on Pro.

Questions

What congregations ask us.

Does it replace our church or synagogue management software?

No, and it doesn’t connect to it yet. Keep your member records, small groups and worship planning where they are. This runs the events and the causes beside them, and a guest never needs an app or an account.

What does it cost a small congregation?

Free events, reservations and check-in cost nothing, on the Free plan. Online sales and gifts carry the service fee on the Pricing page plus Stripe’s card fee, and you decide who pays them. We have no separate discount for charities or houses of worship.

Do donors get a tax receipt, and can it be a year-end statement?

A registered charity in Canada or the US can issue a receipt for each gift, and monthly donors get one summary for the year. One-time gifts are not combined into a year-end statement yet. You enter your charity’s details and stay responsible for them. Elsewhere the donor gets a plain receipt that is not a tax document, and Gift Aid in the UK isn’t handled.

Can we check children in with matching pickup labels?

Not yet. There is no matching code for the parent and no label printed at check-in. You print QR wristbands ahead of time, a scan shows who may collect the child, and your team makes that check in person.

Can volunteers upload their background checks?

Not yet. You can ask about a clearance on the volunteer sign-up and approve each person, but the check itself stays with your provider.

Who can see that someone is on our list?

Only your team, unless you add a guest list to the event’s website or show a cause’s supporters. An event can also stay off your public page, or be open only to people you invite. Being on a congregation’s list can say something about a person’s faith, so collect only what you need; your community decides how that list is used, and we process it only for you.

Does it work in our congregation’s language?

Partly. Everything you write can be in any language, or two side by side. Buttons, checkout and guest emails are in English for now, and tax receipts print Latin letters only.

Does it help with security at services?

It tells you who is expected, and checks each person at the door. There is no ban or watch list and no incident log, so your security plan stays your own.

Can we see who attends across the year?

Not yet. Each event keeps its own guest list and check-ins, exported as CSV; a year-long history for each person isn’t built.

Which plan do we need?

Free covers reservations, tickets and check-in. Pro adds volunteer shifts, waivers, sign-up lists, wristbands and weekly repeating events. Business adds donations, tax receipts and memberships.
