We build for volunteers, vendors, artists, sponsors and crew as well as guests, with a way in that suits each of them.

A person reads and answers every message, never later than two business days.

Our pages say in plain words what EventsMagic does not do yet, so you find out before you sign up and not after.
Your money and your list
Card payments reach your Stripe account directly, and you can export your guest list whenever you like.
Who we are
The company behind it.
EventsMagic is made by GrassEqual, a Canadian company based in Alberta. We also run PartyLabz, a site for personal celebrations such as birthdays and weddings, and EventsMagic is built on what we learned there.
Our focus is on venues, clubs, community groups, local sports and classes: organizers who run events all year, often with a small team and a lot of helpers. The largest conferences are not who we build for.

Who makes EventsMagic?
GrassEqual, doing business as EventsMagic, a Canadian company based in Alberta.
Where is our data kept?
We are based in Canada, and the providers we use may process data in Canada, the United States, the European Union and other countries. Our Privacy Policy names each of them.
Can I use it for a birthday or a wedding?
You can, but its tools are aimed at people who organize often. For a personal celebration, our sister site PartyLabz may suit you better.
