For camps & youth programs
Day camps, sports and arts camps, holiday clubs and summer programs: parents book their weeks with the waiver already signed, you know every allergy and who may collect each child before Monday, and at four o’clock the screen lists the children not yet collected.
Camps run on Pro: weekly sessions, waivers, a name for every child, wristband tags, counselor shifts and multi-week pricing.
What changes
The weeks, the payment, the waiver and the health questions arrive together, not from three separate tools.
A child’s wristband shows the counselor who may take them home, and the screen lists who hasn’t left yet.
A week stops selling once it fills, and families book several in a single checkout.
Sign-up
Make the summer one event, each week a date with its own number of places. Parents choose the weeks they want in a single checkout, add before-care, after-care or lunch, and fill in what you ask for each child — allergies, medication, photo consent, who may collect. The waiver goes to the parent to sign, signed and timestamped. Two children or three weeks? A quantity price lowers the total automatically, and the card fee can go to the family or stay with you. Weekly sessions on Pro.
Drop-off and pick-up
Scan each child in at drop-off and out at pick-up from any counselor’s phone; the next morning the same code lets them back in, all week. A QR wristband or car tag shows the counselor that child’s allergies and the names allowed to collect them, so a new face at the gate is checked against the list, not a memory. At four o’clock the arrivals screen lists the children not yet collected, and each in and out is kept with its time. Tags on Pro.
Counselors
Put each week’s counselor and specialist slots on a rota: staff pick their shifts, get scanned on and off duty, and staff pay adds up in the camp’s budget. Ask, when they apply, whether their background check is done. Split the week’s children into groups — by age, cabin or colour team — with a limit per group and a random, even spread when you want one. Shifts on Pro.
Parents
A change of plan reaches every family by text, email or WhatsApp — nothing to install. If a week can’t run, cancel just that week: each family booked on it is emailed, with a refund if you tick it, and the other weeks go ahead. Your camps sit on one page parents follow, so next year’s dates reach last year’s families. Text and WhatsApp messages need Pro.

Questions
No, and we don’t claim to be. Parents answer your health questions at sign-up and your team sees them. If your camp needs a HIPAA-compliant health record, nurse notes or medication tracking, keep a dedicated health tool for that part.
Not yet — a waitlist for each week isn’t built. When a family drops out and you refund them, their place opens again for the next booking.
Not yet: each booking is paid in full at checkout. Families who want to spread the cost can book one week at a time.
Not by themselves for now. Refund the week they are leaving, and they book the new one.
Ask for the names at sign-up. Scanning the child’s wristband or car tag shows them at the gate, next to any allergies; check ID against them as your policy says.
It keeps each child’s details from sign-up and the time of every drop-off and pick-up. Medicine and accident records aren’t built, so keep those as you do today.
Yes, for each camp: families can pay our service fee alone, add card processing to it, or you absorb both.
For a camp, yes — weekly sessions, waivers, a name for every child and tags are Pro. The event page, selling and scanning come with every plan; they are the part any registration tool covers.
